Suurbraak is a very isolated village which limits their financial recourses. Many of the wives in the village still cook their family’s meals on old wooden stoves, using home grown vegetables and other locally produced products.
The people of Suurbraak lives close to their land and many of there Agricultural work are still done manually. The town overs great day trips and local community guides are available to tell you more while you have a walk though town. They also have lovely braai spots along the river which is great for a family braai
