MUSIC + TREES = LOVE_
Camp in Africa’s southernmost indigenous forest, help plant thousands of trees to reforest the surrounding area, dance to live music and become a part of growing Platbos Forest Reserve back to its original abundance. This year we aim to plant between 6000 and 8000 trees over the 2 weekends (or more!) Once again the Greenpop Platbos Reforest Fest is happening twice this year - the FAMILY FEST (9th to 11th May) and the FRIENDS FEST (16th to 18th May). FAMILY FEST is a weekend that the whole family can enjoy. Fun and educational activities for all ages (last year we have age 1 to 75). Tree planting and forest dancing and an early night under the stars - but certainly still with some great live music for the whole family! It's also Mother's Day on the Sunday so we will be doing a special Mom's Tree Planting! FRIENDS FEST is a similar vibe, but with music that will go on much later on the Saturday night (after a big day of planting) and a bit more of a party. All ages are welcome at both fests, and we've had families at both events in the past - we just must ask all to be aware of the later Saturday night at the Friends Fest! ALL TICKETS INCLUDE: 6 delicious meals (Fri dinner to Sun lunch), live music, tree planting, yoga classes, forest walks, and so much more! BONUS: Faithful-To-Nature.co.za is giving everyone a R75 voucher with their ticket! It's a camping weekend so you can bring your own tent or book alternative accommodation nearby if you prefer (email us for recommendations - but we highly recommend camping with us, it's amazing!)
